Tropical Cyclone Harold

Tropical cyclone Harold formed on April 3 2020 in the south-west Pacific near the Solomon Islands. Harold moved in a consistent south-eastward track across the region towards Vanuatu. Tropical Cyclone Harold developed into a category 5 severe tropical cyclone before making landfall on several islands of Vanuatu on 6 April. Harold continued to travel south-eastward and passed over Fiji on 8 April 2020.
